How does my purchase assist others?
We are glad you asked! Eco Manifesto selects a range of products from producers who are aiming to meet basic needs for themselves , their family and their community. Many of these producers are organised in a cooperative or other social enterprise where people come before profit. Through our web store we provide a retail outlet for these enterprises with the aim of increasing their chances of success and relaying their story to educate and inspire our customers.
In addition, each year Eco Manifesto will convert our surplus into financial support for a selection of vital services to youth at risk .
You can order online using our shopping cart, where you have the option to pay by direct deposit, credit card (PayPal) and select your delivery preference (via Australia Post or pick up if local) for your order.
You can also place an order by email through email@example.com.
How can I pay for my purchase?
You can pay via our online secure payment system with PayPal, either by credit card or from a PayPal account, alternatively you can pay directly via direct bank deposit (BSB & Account No provided upon ordering)
Do I need a PayPal account?
No you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your purchase, however if you already have an account you can pay using this.
How long will my order take?
Should the item be in stock, we will post your order within 48hrs of receiving payment from you. Please understand many of our products are hand made from remote parts of the globe, if the item is not in stock there may be a delay, if this situation arises we will contact you within 24hours to give you an indicative time frame.
Australia Post will deliver your item between 1 and 5 working days. Please note that orders posted to remote areas may require additional time to reach their destination.
Can I pick up my purchase? If so - where from?
You may be able to collect your order from our Market Stalls or selected partner outlets. During checkout ensure you select your desire to pick up. We will contact you to determine whether pick up is possible.
How do I find out my order progress?
You can find out your order progress by sending an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Returns Policy
If you are not happy with any product purchased from Eco Manifesto we will refund your order. Simply return the item unused, in a saleable condition in the original undamaged packaging with your sales invoice within 10 days after delivery (the purchaser must pay for all return postage costs).
If you believe the product is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can discuss the best course of action.
Please note that health regulations prohibit the return of perishable goods, including personal care items.
